The package will include the following:

• Dedicated use of the various areas on the property and choice of locations for ceremony, including the Red Barn with central heat and air, our vaulted front porch with enchanting Tuscany-style lights and wrought-iron with crystal chandelier, as well as the woodland at Sarah’s Glen, The Pergola in the Meadow, the Little Arbor at the Footbridge, wet-weather spring, and The Foundry.
• Exclusive services of Sampson’s Hollow wedding coordinator, who will assist with developing a timeline. Set-up of event, directing rehearsal, managing staff for the event, directing ceremony and reception, and troubleshooting, as needed.
• Your coordinator will set up both the ceremony site and reception area before your arrival. In bad weather, we require a minimum of an hour’s notice to move chairs to the back-up location on the covered front porch.
• The services of a Sampson’s Hollow-approved minister to perform the ceremony. You may use your own minister if our office is the witness and signs the marriage license as such.
• Seven – ten hours on the property, (depending on how many guests and which SMD package is selected, choose the time between 1:00 and 11:00 (includes the time needed for clearing and cleaning); additional hours can be purchased with price per hour based on day of the week, the season of year and number of guests.
• SH DJ for three and ½ hours; can be used for ceremony and/or reception. Additional time is $100 per hour.
• Mason jars on the fence row with lighted candles or add scattered floral based on our selection of flowers in your colors, including baby’s breath to wedding arbor.
• Floral Allowance of $300 to $600 with KrisKay Creations; suggested use of allowance is for bridal bouquet and bouts. Any amount above the allowance will be paid directly to the floral designer.
• Allowance of $100 – $300 (depending on the number of guests) with Anderson Party Rental in Alcoa toward your choice of linens, chargers, cake stand, farm table, wooden chairs, miscellaneous décor.
• Use vintage-influenced wooden lanterns as centerpieces; fresh greenery and sprigs of baby’s breath and LED candle included.
• Assisted parking in the two main parking areas: at the top of the drive and behind the red barn. We will park guests with special needs next to our special assistance entrance.
• One hour of rehearsal time will be provided sometime before the day of the wedding, but not guaranteed for the day before and cannot be used on the day of the ceremony
• Bridal Suite is in the little farmhouse cabin on property—complete with walk-in shower, claw foot tub, and hot tub on the back porch.
• Snack basket and bottled water provided for Bridal Suite
• Groom’s Suite is in the upper left of the Bonny Red Barn and features a full bathroom and a television.
• Bottled water and snacks provided in Groom’s Suite.
• Assisted parking and transfer of guests who need transportation from parking area to ceremony site and return to reception.
• Mason jars on the fence row with lighted candles or add scattered floral based on our selection of flowers in your colors, including baby’s breath to wedding arbor.
• Fresh greenery for center arbor at the wedding ceremony, decorated by our in-house floral team.
• Fresh greenery for tiebacks on the front porch
• Assisted parking and transfer of guests who need transportation from parking area to ceremony site and return to reception.
• Use of crystal or turquoise chandelier to hang from arbor at the ceremony site
• Use burlap curtains and/or white flowing fabric to be suspended at either arbor chosen for the ceremony.
• Our staff will break down tables and chairs at the end of property time.
• Use of the cabin for changing and for an overnight stay on the night of the wedding
• Clean-up: guests must box up and remove all personal belongings, and our staff will finish by cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and resetting bathrooms.
• Tiered wedding cake with buttercream icing for the number of guests in your package. Choice of designs limited to buttercream icing with piping and ribbon, lace, or burlap. Your florist can provide matching flowers for the topper if desired.
• If you choose to subtract the cake, you will be required to provide plates, forks, napkins, and someone to cut, serve, and clean up for the cake/desserts. These services/items are included in our package if the cake is not subtracted.
• Sparkler Exit
• Use of the cabin for changing and for an overnight stay on the night of the wedding. Check-out by 11:00 the day following.
• Reception, including food, for your guests. The price for catering is included in this package
• Catering by Karen has worked as the preferred caterer for select departments and events at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She offers a broad selection of food choices, including southern comfort, salmon, and shrimp, beef brisket and barbeque, a taco bar, fried chicken tenders and a wide array of sides and salads.
• Meals are provided buffet style and are served by catering staff who are trained and practice Covid policies and Tennessee Safe Food handling. Plated meals are an option at an upcharge. We are unable to do table service or plated meals for more than 30 guests.

Package prices begin at $7,585.00 for our Smoky Mountain Dreamin’ Options which include all of the services listed above.

These prices are based on number of guests and day and season of the year. October is high peak season. Tennessee Sales Tax of 9.75% and a food service/administrative fee of 20% on the catering portion only of the selected package will be added.

Off-Peak = January, February, first two weekends of March, August, and December

Friday – Saturday in October is High Peak;
first two Saturdays of November are also considered High Peak

The following holidays will be priced as a peak Saturday.
Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, and the Saturday following Thanksgiving,
New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day

Closed on the following holidays.
Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
