This 2,400 square foot home sits on 8 acres of property overlooking the Smoky Mountains and Douglas Lake. On the peninsula, you can relax on the wraparound porch and see water on all sides. The home features a gentle slope to the water with its own private dock so you can play on the water all day. At night, take a break in the brand new 7-person hot tub equipped with jets, waterfall and wi-fi speakers located on the screened-in porch with a new gas grill and furniture.
This home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout the property: open ceilings, woodwork and a custom-built
staircase that is a real beauty. The home was professionally designed and decorated by Lelia Canter and includes foosball table, video game console table, new furniture, flat screen TVs in every room, wi-fi and all new sheets and towels, It’s fully equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy the lake.
With 3 bedrooms and a sofa sleeper, you can comfortably sleep 8 guests at Knasgowa. The Master suite is located on the main level and has a wonderful jetted tub for total relaxation. The home has garden doors in the Master suite that open to the covered front porch where there are rockers and serene views. The home is surrounded by decking on 3 sides and provides for lake and mountain views in every direction.
